DAILY HABITS FOR SUCCESS
It is #quicktipsthursday and I will be giving you tips on daily habits for success.
- Plan your day the night before; make a to-do list for the next day.
- Try getting up earlier to create more time in your day. You might need an alarm clock,to get used to your new”wake-up” time.
- Take a few minutes of quite time for prayer and meditation, before the day begins.
- Practice Gratitude: have a gratitude journal or diary.
- Read an inspirational book; commit to reading a book each month,you can read a couple of pages daily.
- Daily exercise helps with physical health,plus mental focus and clarity.
- Eat that frog; complete the most important item on your to-do list, first thing each day.
